HIGHLIGHTS The class is held by our alumni who has special interest in French Wines. The class includes general introduction on French wines, how to pick and serve the wines. Content includes: * Bordeaux Wine 1855 Classification * rating systems by different wine critics * major grapes used for production (e.g. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir) * how to select wines of different prices and quality * how to serve different wines, including ageing and decanting strategies REMARKS *ALL HKU Alumni, Students and their Friends are welcome to join.
Terms and Notes *Please be noted that payment is non-refundable. We will charge you only if has place(s) for you. However, you will NOT be charged when the event is fill or/and no place(s) for you.
