About the speaker:
Mr. Allan Lee

President, Association of Image Architects (AIAS) Hong Kong
Mr. Allan Lee is an AIAS Certified Image Architect, SciART Spectrafiles Certified Color Trainer and CMAS Certified Color Trainer. Allan has over 15 years of extensive experience in designing, developing and delivering various kinds of learning programs, including technical skills, leadership and management skills, facilitation skills and professional image management. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Training and Performance Management from the University of Leicester, a Postgraduate Certificate in Lifelong Education from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor of Arts (Hon) Degree in Accountancy from the City University of Hong Kong. He is also an accredited administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®), a certified administrator of the FIRO-B® Instrument and a Registered Corporate Coach. He is a frequent speaker on professional image, career development and softskills at multi-national organisations and local universities.
