About “Road Trip in France – A Gastronomic and Architectural Adventure

During his stay and traveling in France, Joseph always has two books with him - Le Corbusier and The Restaurant Guide.  He sees culture, architecture and gastronomy as the main reasons of adventure.  Thus, he had visited Villa Savoy in almost all four seasons, stayed at the Le Corbusier-designed Swiss Pavilion, La Tourette, and at the foot of mountain at Ronchamp; tasting champagne and wine in the road trips at Burgundy and Champagne while exploring the traditional style chateau and villa and the contemporary architecture along the way.  In this sharing session, Joseph will share his delightful French experience of Food and Architecture Road-trip.

About Joseph …

A university lecturer and professional architect from the U.K. with projects in Europe, Middle-East, India, Hong Kong and China. Joseph’s artistic vision conglomerates the inter-disciplinary areas of art and culture, education, urban-planning, architecture, and interior design with one unified theme: “Accentuating the strengths of mankind thereby exploring a common path for all.”  Joseph has his business consultancy, Comtale, in Hong Kong infusing elements of arts and culture along with practical hands-on “know how’s” of pragmatic property and construction expertise.  This business model is capable of delivering aesthetically pleasing yet efficient solutions. It is a culmination of meeting business objectives, answering to human resource planning projects, and addressing the design works.  Joseph was awarded French Government Scholarship in 1997.  He is the Fellow of Advanced Cultural Leadership Programme by The University of Hong Kong and Executive Committee of Friends of Dunhuang (Hong Kong).
