Fee(round table dinner) :

HK$350 each for HKUAA Members (HK$280 Early Bird for those who pay before 11 Jul)

Non-members HK$400

Registrants will be notified to deposit the fee if the event is not full and registrations will only be valid if fee is deposited within 2 days of notice. No refund will be entertained after payment is made.

Deposit by ATM / e-banking / cash deposit machine/ via teller into HKUAA's HSBC Account 002-222818-001 "Hong Kong University Alumni Association". Please scan your payment slip/ receipt and email to josephhku@gmail.com. Please note that no refund would be entertained if you cannot participate the event after depositing the payment.

BAD WEATHER POLICY:

The event will be cancelled if a No. 8 or higher tropical cyclone warning signal or black rainstorm warning is hoisted at any time within 3 hours before the scheduled start time of the event. In the event of event cancellation owing to any of the above-mentioned bad weather condition, the event shall be postponed to any other date determined by HKUAA.
