Summary:

Kwai Fung Hin Art Gallery proudly presents “Memento”, a solo exhibition of Italian sculptor Matteo Pugliese, marking his long-awaited return to Hong Kong. 

Titled “Memento”, the exhibition gives a fascinating glimpse into two decades of Pugliese’s artistic evolution. Each exhibit unfolds enlightening discoveries from his soul voyage, exploring themes of redemption and resilience, vulnerability and power, individuality and ancestry, faith and rebirth. 

Spanning mediums such as bronze, marble, terracotta, ceramics and walnut wood, Matteo Pugliese keeps exploring new frontiers of contemporary sculpture through masterly synthesis of classical traditions and revolutionary concepts in his signature series “Extra Moenia”, “Guardians”, “Beetles”, as well as his latest creations.

季豐軒畫廊欣然呈獻「銘 — 瑪蒂奧 · 培利思個展」，我們熱切期待這位意大利雕塑家重臨香港。 

「銘」鳥瞰培利思二十年間的藝術蛻變，每件展品揭示藝術家從心靈之旅所得啟發。他從而探討救贖與堅韌、脆弱與力量，乃至個體與先祖、信仰與重生等課題。 

瑪蒂奧 · 培利思著名的創作，包括「迷牆」、「守護者」、「甲蟲」系列以及其他新作，用上多種媒材：青銅、大理石、陶土、陶瓷和胡桃木，融合古典傳統和革新概念，不斷探索當代雕塑的新疆界。
