Michelle has more than 15 years of Product and Marketing experience in Technology and Financial Service industry with extended exposure worldwide.

Michelle is currently the acting CMO, leading Marketing (Brand, Communications, Growth & Acquisition, Product Mktg, Partnership, Research, CRM, Customer Experience and new business development) function at Livi Bank, the biggest virtual bank in HK in terms of capital. Before Livi Bank, she had been with FWD Insurance, Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute, Hong Kong Telecom (High Net Worth Segment, Group Loyalty, Payment Business), Huawei Technology, Nokia Siemens Network, etc, taken up marketing, product and business development roles with regional exposure.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Cognitive Science degree, Graduate Diploma in E-Commerce and a MBA from the University of Hong Kong. Apart from her role in Livi Bank, Michelle also serves as Advisory Member of FinTech Industry Alliance of China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), AI & InsurTech Committee Co-Chair of FinTech Association HK, Founding Member of Women-In-Tech HK and as well the Future Task Force Member of Hong Kong Insurance Authority. Michelle is also being named as 2018 Top 25 FinTech Female Leader in HK by DigFin Group and InvestHK.
