跑馬地地下蓄洪系統(HVUSSS)為香港政府於2012年執行的水利計劃，用以改善灣仔及跑馬地地區的防洪水平。計劃範圍設計於香港島跑馬地馬場地下。跑馬地地下蓄洪計劃涉及約10億港元，主體工程費用佔了6億7千8百萬港元， 此工程亦引進了創新及環境保護元素。

All successful applicants will be confirmed and notified by email around 1 week (6 Jan 2020 - Monday) before the event day of 11 Jan 2020 (Sat Morning). No fee refund can be entertained except when the event is cancelled.

1. 參與者及同行18歲以上親友同意接受是次戶外活動，並清楚活動帶有一定之危險性。同時明白本人的健康狀況良好，適宜參加是次活動。如在活動期間發生意外而導致任何傷亡，參與者願意承擔責任，而不會追究香港大學校友會。

2. 參與者亦願意服從本會工作人員一切規則及安排。了解是次戶外活動是在戶外進行，對體能有一定要求。活動有機會在不同的天氣下進行，需要行走一定預計的路程。在活動進行期間，參與者絕對不能服用未經醫生認可的藥物，嚴禁吸煙、飲酒或使用任何興奮劑或鎮定劑。

3. 參與者及同行 18歲以上親友同意授權香港大學校友會在活動進行期間如遇緊急的情況下，為參與者安排送院和接受治療，也明白到活動在戶外進行，對體能上都會有一定的考驗。

Notice to Visitors from Drainage Department

The Officer in charge of visit will conduct a guided tour in Cantonese around the Happy Valley Sewage Storage System on the day of visit. For the safety and security, all participants should follow the instructions from the officer-in-charge. The officer has the authority to cease the visit if anyone fails to observe the rule of visit.

The visit will be cancelled if adverse weather situation or Red/Black Rainstorm Warning is still hoisted several hours before the scheduled visiting time. The visit will be cancelled. It will be notified in advance.

No parking arrangement at the visit venue.
