HKUAA CHOIR will celebrate its FOURTH ANNIVERSARY coming Spring 2017! If you love to sing, come join us! Dr. Michael Ryan, the Icon of our choir will lead us onto a round of MUSICALS i.e. “My Fair Lady”, “West Side Story”, “Phantom of the Opera” plus “ Les Misérables”.
Details of Spring Season are as follows: REHEARSALS : Saturdays at HKUAA Clubhouse from 3-5pm. 2017 January 7 (Audition of newcomers), 14, 21 February 4, 11, 18, 25 March 4, 11, 18, 25 April 1 (last rehearsal of this Season) Total 12 Rehearsals
Spring performance will be held on April 8, 2017 Saturday evening at Chinese Congregational Church in Leighton Road, Causeway Bay.
PAYMENTS : - Subscription Fee $1180 (inclusive of $100’s worth of concert ticket(s) as contribution to HKUAA CHOIR performance/concert of the season.) - Song books, uniform dress (lady member only) for newcomers.

Write to HKUAA OFFICER, Miss Natalie Wong at natalie.wong@hkuaa.hk, with your FULL NAME, email address and phone number. Please indicate if you are Returning member or New applicants who will be required to do an AUDITION for Dr. Ryan together with Section Leaders on the first day of rehearsal or Jan 7, 2017. The Result of your application will be sent to you via HKUAA Office by a Confirmation Letter from the Convenor. Upon receipt of this letter, please send in your FULL Subscription fee $1080 + $100 contribution by CHEQUE TO HKUAA, or via Bank Transfer as stated. NO PLACEMENT will be given unless full payment has been made. Before the commencement of the Season, a Welcome Letter by the Convenor will be sent to you via email stating more details of our first rehearsal/audition.
Besides singing and performances around the territory, HKUAA CHOIR offers its members many selective and exclusive venues of performance, giving our members both varied and different exposure and experience. For the month of December 2016, HKUAA CHOIR has had performances at The Elements TST; Shatin Town Hall; IFC in Central, the last of which was a charity event for the support of the government funded charity, Children’s Development Matching Fund (CDMF).
