| News HKUAA membership system enhancing Our Association is in the process of enhancing its membership system and updating membership data and has decided to engage independent agents to assist in the matter. For this purpose, the Association's Terms & Conditions for Membership Services are amended to include the following term:
"HKUAA may process or pass members' personal data within the Association or to its respective authorized independent agents. HKUAA maintains strict security controls designed to prevent unauthorized access to members' personal data by anyone, including its staff."
Please note that the above amendment will become effective from 18th November 2015 and shall be binding on you if you continue your membership on or after the effective date. If you decline to accept the amendment, you have the right to discontinue your membership before the effective date.
