Chef's Introduction

Mr Ryan Yeung , who is honored as Commenderie des Cordons Bleus de France ( 法國藍帶騎士勳章 ) ,

he is also recommended to be member of Chaine Des Rotisseurs ( 法國國際美食協會會員 ) by professional French chefs .

Ryan has been working at hotels as Executive Chef for almost 2 decades.

He is now teaching our guests to cook at Easy Chef Cooking Studio ,

and designs menu for global companies’ cooking parties / team building cooking parties exclusively.
