- Class length: 2.5 hour
Content:
1) Simple Coffee History & Botany
2) Commercial vs Specilty Coffee
3) Aroma Kits Testing
4) Commonly Brewing Method
Quota: 20
Price: HK$300 per head (HKUAA Members); HK$450 per head (for non-members)
Priority will be given to HKUAA Members

Please note that no refund would be entertained if you cannot participate the event after payment is made (except the class is cancelled because of bad weather condition e.g. Typhoon Signal No.8 or the black rainstorm warning)
