• ​Buffet dinner available until 9:30 PM

• ​HKUAA official programme ends at 10:00 PM

• ​Participants may stay and sing at Neway TST East until 5:30 AM, subject to Neway’s house rules and any additional arrangements or charges advised by the venue

Price: HK$300 per person (includes buffet and two non-alcoholic drinks)

​Registration and Payment Method

​Important: Registration is on a first-pay, first-served basis. Payment is non-refundable. You will only be charged if seats are successfully reserved for you; no charge will be made if the event is already full.

​Step 1 – Payment

• ​Fill in your details in the online registration form (especially your mobile phone number).

• ​Make a payment of HK$300 via the designated PayMe link (please include the event date and participant name in the PayMe message).

​Step 2 – Confirmation

• ​Take a screenshot of the transaction.

• ​Email it to Sr Joseph Chong at josephhku@gmail.com.

• ​A confirmation email will be sent once your payment is successfully received and your seat is reserved.

​Terms and Notes

• ​If you have not yet registered as an HKUAA Member, please register via the HKUAA website. Membership is free for all HKU alumni, HKU students, HKU staff, and members of the HKU Foundation.

• ​During the event, please follow all rules and instructions from HKUAA and the service provider (Neway). HKUAA will not be liable for any damage, injury, or other consequences that may arise from participation in the event.

• ​HKUAA reserves the right to make final decisions on all matters related to this event.
