Summary:

HKUAA is excited to invite you to African Food Tasting and Guided Tour to The Colours of Africa Exhibition. We are honoured to have Charlene Hua, the owner of the famous African restaurant "Africa Coffee & Tea", to introduce us African food culture and her life in Africa. The food tasting includes the following dishes:

• South Africa Style Peri-Peri Baked Chicken
• Ugandan Style Mini-Rolex (Egg rolls / wrap)
• South African Sausage
• Egyptian Style Falafei with Tahini Dip
• Each participant can have a 1 Glass of South African Wine or 1 Cup of African Tea / Coffee

The Colours of Africa Exhibition features three talented artists from Mozambique: Pedro, Djive, and Nino. Despite Mozambique being one of the world's poorest nations, these artists transcend financial limitations, showcasing a breathtaking palette of vibrant colors and deeply rooted traditions in their art. Join us to explore how their creativity brings the essence of Africa to life, offering a powerful perspective that celebrates resilience and beauty.
