| Events Come and Share Our Passion for Wine! Come and share our passion for wine! Whether you are a complete beginner or a professional, Hong Kong University Alumni Association welcome you to our wine appreciation gathering to further your knowledge. We will highlight wines from Bordeaux, South West and Languedoc region of France this time. We have invited Mr. Gary Tse, an experienced wine tasting professional who has visited numerous vineyards in Europe, to give us a talk on wines from these region and French wine in general. You will have the opportunity to taste a few French wines from these regions selected by Mr. Tse.
