NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2011

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Hong Kong University Alumni Association for 2011-2012 will be held at the Association Premises, 101 Yip Fung Building, 2 D'Aguilar Street, Hong Kong, on Tuesday, 11th October, 2011 at 6:45 p.m.

A G E N D A

1. To confirm and adopt the Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on 26th October, 2010
2. To receive and adopt the Annual Report of the Hon. Secretary
3. To receive and adopt the Annual Statement of Accounts of the Hon. Treasurer
4. To appoint the Hon. Auditor
5. To appoint the Hon. Legal Advisor
6. To elect Members of the Executive Committee for the year 2011-2013
7. Any other business

Any member entitled to attend and vote at this Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his/her stead.  The proxy need not be a member.  The instrument appointing proxy shall be in writing under the hand of the appointor, and shall be deposited at the premises of the Association not less than 48 hours before the time for holding the meeting or adjourned meeting at which the person named in the instrument proposes to vote.  No instrument of proxy shall be valid after the expiration of twelve months from the date named in it as the date of execution.
