Note:

- Offered on first-come first served basis with full information given plus following right method of registration and guideline until the quota of 29 is fully placed.
- The quota will be offered ONLY for qualified HKUAA member with full information provided.
- Each HKUAA member is eligible to apply for 4 quota at max together with Friends/Family at the age of 8 or above).
- As this visit is FREE OF CHARGE, reserve the places on NEED Basis in order NOT to abuse the quota and waste the resources of Water Supplies Department.
- Successful applicants will be notified by formal email around TWO weeks before the visit. Only applicants with confirmed email can join. NO walk-in visit on the day is allowed.
- All successful applicants after receiving confirmation email need to provide FULL NAME(S) of their participants in order to make identity verification and insurance protection.

1. 參與者及同行8歲以上親友同意接受是次戶外活動，並清楚活動帶有一定之危險性。同時明白本人的健康狀況良好，適宜參加是次活動。如在活動期間發生意外而導致任何傷亡，參與者願意承擔責任，而不會追究香港大學校友會。
2. 參與者亦願意服從本會工作人員一切規則及安排。了解是次戶外活動是在戶外進行，對體能有一定要求。活動有機會在不同的天氣下進行，需要行走一定預計的路程。在活動進行期間，參與者絕對不能服用未經醫生認可的藥物，嚴禁吸煙、飲酒或使用任何興奮劑或鎮定劑。
3. 參與者及同行8歲以上親友同意授權香港大學校友會在活動進行期間如遇緊急的情況下，為參與者安排送院和接受治療，也明白到活動在戶外進行，對體能上都會有一定的考驗。
Notice to Visitors from Visit Organizer – Water Supplies Department
- 參加者必須於參觀當日年滿8歲。
- 每團導賞團的參觀人數最多為30人。每團導賞團均由一名導遊及一名助理導遊帶領。
- 申請人於報名時應衡量個人及其團體成員實際身體狀況，考慮是否適合參加所申請的導賞團及需要由照料者陪同和協助參加導賞團；參加者於行程中有責任對其自身安全負責。本署職員有權因應當時實際情況及需要拒絕任何人士參與活動。
- 行程涉及狹窄山路及梯級，需要一定的體力，包括水務文物徑。參加者應衡量個人及其成員實際身體狀況，考慮是否適合參加該導賞團及需要由照料者陪同和協助參加導賞團。
- 導賞團禁止攜帶寵物。
- 所有參觀預約均不可轉讓。一經發現，本署有權取消相關人士的參觀資格。
- 參加者須自行安排交通工具前往集合地點，本署將提供交通安排接載參加者往返集散地點和參觀地點。
- 參加者需準時於集合時間和地點集合，逾時不候。如因突發情況需要更改集合時間和/或地點，甚或取消參觀活動，本署將於可行的情況下盡早透過電話通知參加者。
- 若3號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號; 或黃色或以上暴雨警告信號於參觀活動開始前3小時內仍然生效，當天的參觀活動將會自動取消。
- 本署會視乎天氣或場地實際情況決定繼續或暫停參觀活動。
- 本署有權取消任何預先安排的參觀活動，但會事先給予通知。
- 本署將為所有合資格的參加者購買本地旅遊保險，為每位參加者提供不少於港幣$100,000之個人意外及醫療保險。參加者若提供不完整或失實資料，將會被取消資格。
- 本署將於參觀活動期間進行拍攝及錄影，有關之拍攝相片及錄影片段或會作日後推廣及宣傳之用。參加者如不同意上述安排請告知活動當天的導賞員並簽署「不授權活動照片及錄影片段作宣傳用途」表格。
- 凡由參觀活動或任何與此有關或連帶的目的所引起或引致對參觀者或其財產造成的任何損毀、損傷或損失，本署均毋須負起任何索償、費用、毀壞及開支的責任。
個人資料收集聲明
- 收集資料的目的：申請人所提供的個人資料，只供水務署用於處理在有關人士提出申請參觀本署設施，以及作發放本署資訊之用。
- 資料轉交的類別：為了執行上述的目的，你在申請表內所提供的個人資料或許會轉交其他政府決策局和部門，以及其他相關機構。
- 查閱個人資料：根據個人資料（私隱）條例第18及22條以及附表1第6項原則，申請人有權查閱及改正其個人資料。你的查閱權利包括在繳交有關費用後，索取你在申請表內所提供的個人資料的副本。
- 查詢：有關查詢申請表內所收集的個人資料，包括查閱或改正，請聯絡本署公共關係組（地址：香港灣仔告士打道7號入境事務大樓48樓）。
